Questions people ask

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no paid plan, no daily cap, no watermark and no account. The site costs almost nothing to run because your device does the work, not a server.

How do I know nothing is uploaded?

Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, then run any tool. You will see the page load and nothing else. Once a page has loaded you can switch Wi-Fi off and it keeps working.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every tool page is cached the first time you open it. On a phone you can add TrustyBench to your home screen and use it without a connection.

Are the calculators code-compliant?

Each calculator names the table or formula it uses and the edition it came from, and shows every step so you can check it. They are references for planning. Your local code and a licensed professional decide the job.

Why are there no ads?

Ads bring trackers, and trackers would make the no-upload promise a lie. If the site ever needs income it will be one plain sponsor line or an optional paid feature, never an ad network.

Can I use it for work?

Yes. Compress site photos before sending them, fill a PDF form on your phone, size a water heater, price a job. Nothing here needs a licence or a sign-up.
